We are professional radiators producer. Our radiator main structure forms has the No Flange type (PG, does not bring the Flange, ) the Flange type (PC, the JPC flange continually).

The specification of radiator: 

Width:310mm,480mm,520mm,535mm.

The center distance includes: 500~4200mm. 

Fin distance:40mm,45mm.

In addition we also produce the special type radiator.

Press Steel Radiators for Transformers 

Brief Description: Pressed Steel Radiators/ Fin Type Radiators are the thermal exchangers for the oil cooling with natural ambient air circulation . These Radiators are made of several fins with cooling channels connected in parallel .  

Flange Type Pressed Steel adiators for Transformers 

Brief Description : These type Radiators are connected with the Transformer tank through MS square flanges . Used both in Power and Distribution Transformers . Radiators are produced as the guidelines of JB/T5347-1999 standards .

Direct Weld-able Type Pressed Steel Radiators for Transformers 

Brief Description : These type Radiators are connected with the Transformer tank directly . The Headers are welded with the transformer tanks . Mainly used in Distribution Transformers . Radiators are produced as the guidelines of JB/T5347-1999 standards .

Swan Neck Type Radiators for Transformers 

Brief Description : FR type Radiators ( JB/T5347-1999 ) with flange and upper connection depressed . Also called Swan Neck / Goose Neck Radiators. It has short fins and long fins.These are special type Radiators and  manufactured as per specific client requirements .

3.  Innovation and R & D: double-stopper protection of discharging gas (oil), set tubing bore hole as big as the crescent, nitrogen pressure-retaining test.
